If you ultimately decide that your Restofit mattress is not right for you, in the first 111 nights from the date of delivery, we will do our best to ensure that the return process is as hassle-free as possible. We ask that you sleep on your new Restofit mattress for at least 30 nights before you make a final decision to return. Perhaps people need break-in time to get used to a more comfortable mattress than what they’ve traditionally slept on!
Exceptions to Return/Refund Under 111 Nights Trial Offer
Restofit 111 Nights trial offer is structured with the objective of giving customers the opportunity to explore our mattress for 111 nights at the comfort of their own homes. In an unlikely event that the mattress isn’t perfect for you, we’re happy to take the mattress back and give you a 100% refund. In order to ensure that the offer is not misused, we have identified a couple of exceptions to the 111 Nights Trial Offer below.
- Return / Refund request will not be granted in the event of improper use or physical damage to the mattress. You are expected to return the Restofit mattress to a good condition.
- Return / Refund request will not be considered if there is any severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt or damage to the mattress during the inspection process.
- Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the mattress is used on an improper surface without proper support.
- Return / Refund request would not be accepted if the mattress is found to be exposed to cold / hot temperatures for a period of time that allows the fabrics to break or degrade permanently.
- Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the customer opts a return due to incorrect Mattress Size Order. It is always recommended to cross-check the size before placing the order.
Cancellations and Modifications
What is Restofit Cancellation Policy? : You can now cancel an order before the order is shipped from our facility. Once the order is shipped customer always has an option to raise a cancellation request by using the contacting us option available on our website or by calling us on our support number +919832662655. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.
- Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed? : Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we ship the package, by updating us contact us page available on our website or by calling us on our support number +919832662655.
- I have canceled my order. When will I receive my refund? : If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order. For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive a refund into the source account within 7-10 days from the time of order cancellation.
Terms & Conditions for 111 Nights Trial Offer
- 111 Nights Trial shall be valid for the first 111 nights from the date of delivery. In the case of a switch of different models, the 111 Nights offer would also be calculated from day 1 when the first mattress has been delivered.
- 111 Nights Trial will only be extended on regular-size mattresses. Non-standard size (custom size) mattresses are not included in the 111 Nights Trial Offer.
- You may decide to return the mattress any time before the end of 111 nights for a full refund. In case any freebies are provided with the order, the refund will be after deducting the freebie cost.
- Return and Refund on 111 Nights Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under an exception to Return/Refund under 111 Nights Trial.
- Our 111 Nights Trial offer applies only to the original purchaser of genuine Restofit Mattress purchased from www.restofit.in or any other website authorized by Restofit.
- The policy is limited to one return per household per year.
- Please retain a copy of your purchase invoice as proof of purchase. You’ll need to submit this to make a refund claim, without it, Restfit Innovation Private Limited / Restofit reserves the right to reject any claim under 111 Nights Trial Offer.
- Returns will be accepted only if the product fulfills the Return Criteria (Refer to Return Criteria under Return Policy).
- We require you to supply photographs of the mattress while opting for a return. Failure to send appropriate photographs may result in return request being cancelled.
- The return requests must be exercised directly with Restfit Innovation Private Limited / Restofit no later than the 111th day from the date of delivery of the mattress you want a refund on.
- Returns will be inspected and picked up within 7 days of raising a return request.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days once the mattress has been picked up for return.
- Restfit Innovation Private Limited / Restofit reserves the right to refuse the 111 Nights Trial Offer to anyone associated with a mattress manufacturer/brand.
- The final decision on refund under 111 Nights Trial offer will be made by Restfit Innovation Private Limited / Restofit. The company reserves the complete right to refuse any request claim if it doesn’t fulfill the Terms and Conditions of the 111 Nights Trial Offer.
- Disputes, if any, are subject to West Bengal jurisdiction only.
