RESTOFIT: SHIPPING, RETURNS & 111-NIGHT TRIAL POLICY

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPERATIONS
- Processing Timeline: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days. Orders completed after 11 AM IST begin processing the next business day.
- Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a second confirmation email once the item leaves our factory. For multi-item orders, products may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days.
- Tracking Gaps: Order status is updated only after the product leaves our facility. If you have not received shipping details within 7 days, contact us at +91 9403892388.
- Delivery Instructions: We cannot guarantee a precise delivery time, but we will endeavor to pass specific instructions to our third-party delivery partners if notified immediately after order placement.
- Fair Processing: To ensure fairness, all orders are processed chronologically. We do not offer "expedited" or "speedy" shipping for a premium.
- Shipping Costs: Delivery is Free for most of India. A visible shipping charge may apply to isolated or interior regions not covered by our standard network; this will be clearly shown on the order confirmation page.
2. THE 111-NIGHT TRIAL GUARANTEE
We believe you shouldn't pick a mattress based on a "hasty ten minutes" in a store. You have 111 Nights to jump, roll, and dream on a Restofit mattress in your own home.
- 30-Night Break-in Period: We require that you sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights. This "break-in" time allows your body to adjust to the superior support of a Restofit mattress.
- Eligibility: Valid only for the original purchaser of a genuine Restofit mattress purchased from www.restofit.in or authorized portals.
- Switching Models: If you switch models, the 111-night trial is calculated from Day 1 of the delivery of the first mattress.
- Standard Sizes Only: This trial is strictly for Regular/Standard sizes. Custom-size (non-standard) mattresses are exempt from the 111-Night Trial and cannot be returned or refunded.
3. RETURN & REFUND EXCEPTIONS (THE "LEGAL SHIELDS")
To prevent policy misuse, a Return/Refund request will be voided if:
- Physical Damage: The mattress shows signs of improper use, structural damage, or "wear and tear."
- Hygiene & Spillage: There is severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt, or odors discovered during the inspection process.
- Environmental Degradation: The mattress was exposed to extreme cold/hot temperatures that caused fabrics or foam to degrade permanently.
- Improper Support: The mattress was used on an improper surface without adequate support.
- Size Errors: Returns are not entertained for "Incorrect Mattress Size Ordered." Customers must cross-check dimensions before placing an order.
- Abuse Prevention: Limited to one return per household per year. We reserve the right to refuse the trial offer to anyone associated with other mattress manufacturers or brands.
4. THE RETURN PROCESS & DOCUMENTATION
- Initiation: Requests must be made via the "Contact Us" page or at +91 9403892388 no later than the 111th day from delivery.
- Photographic Proof: You are required to supply clear photographs of the mattress. Failure to send appropriate photos may result in the request being cancelled.
- Invoice Requirement: You must provide a copy of the purchase invoice to the pick-up agent. Without the receipt, the claim will be rejected.
- Pickup Timeline: Once approved, we will contact you within 48-72 hours. Returns are inspected and picked up within 7 working days of the request being raised.
5. REFUND POLICY & TIMELINES
- Amount: You will receive a 100% refund if the mattress is in good condition. If freebies were provided with the order, the cost of the freebies will be deducted from the total refund.
- Processing Time: Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of successful pickup and confirmation.
- Prepaid Orders: Credits will return to the source account (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 7-10 days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are made via Direct Bank Transfer. You must provide your bank details and official email address on our "Contact Us" page. COD refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your bank details.
- Incorrect Amount: If there is a discrepancy in the refund amount, email us with your invoice copy for immediate rectification.
6. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order or modify your shipping address for a full refund before it leaves our facility.

After Shipping: Once shipped, you must raise a cancellation request via our support number.

Defective Products: If you receive a damaged/defective product, contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt for a replacement.
7. ETHICAL DISPOSAL & JURISDICTION

No Resale Policy: We never resell returned mattresses. They are either recycled/thrown away or donated to charity. Every customer is guaranteed a brand-new, freshly constructed mattress.

Final Authority: Restfit Innovations Pvt Ltd / Restofit reserves the absolute right to refuse a claim if it does not fulfill these Terms.
