3-Layered Orthopedic Mattress with Next Gen Cool Tech Memory Foam
The mattress holds an 11-year limited warranty against manufacturing flaws in workmanship and material, excluding covers and handles if present. Restofit may repair or replace the mattress at its discretion from the purchase date.
Covered Under Warranty
- Mattress deformity or shrinkage of more than 1 inch not caused by improper use or inadequate support base.
- Undulations on the top of the mattress or breaks in the foam layer.
Not Covered
- Standard softening or sagging less than 1 inch.
- Physical damage caused by the customer.
- Fabric or foam staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears, or burns.
- Damage due to regular wear and tear, mishandling, or external factors.
- Use on a bed base not structurally capable of supporting the mattress.
- Mattress cover, if any.
- Zipper, if any.
- Unauthorized service during the warranty period.
- Used, resold, gifted, or non-original-owner mattresses.
- Products purchased from a non-authorized Restofit distributor.
Steps for Warranty Claim Handling
- Send proof of issue to Restofit along with a copy of the invoice and warranty card.
- Restofit will arrange a confirmation call and pickup planning.
- The product will be inspected and the claim status will be confirmed.
- Restofit will repair or replace the mattress if repair is not feasible.
- The mattress will be shipped back with additional logistics charges.
Other Terms & Conditions
- Only the original purchaser with an invoice in their name is eligible to claim warranty.
- Normal changes in softness and recovery time, especially in memory foam mattresses, do not affect pressure relief quality.
- Unsanitary or unhygienic mattress conditions may invalidate the warranty, and Restofit may refuse inspection for health and safety reasons.
- Restofit’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price stated in the original invoice.
