1. LEGAL ENTITY & ACCEPTANCE

This Website (Restofit.in) is owned and operated by RESTFIT INNOVATIONS PVT LTD. By accessing this Website, you agree to these Terms. This Agreement includes our Privacy Policy and Return/Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time; your continued use constitutes acceptance.

2. PRODUCT ACCURACY & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

• Measurement Responsibility: Standard mattress sizes are provided in Inches. The Customer is solely responsible for measuring their bed frame. RESTFIT INNOVATIONS PVT LTD shall not be liable for "Wrong Size Ordered" errors. Exchanges for wrong sizes will incur a two-way logistics fee.
• Comfort Disclaimer: Sleep "comfort" is subjective. A mattress being "too soft" or "too firm" is a matter of personal preference and does not constitute a manufacturing defect.
• Aesthetic Variations: Small threads, slight fabric pilling, or a dimension variation of +/- 18mm are industry standards and not grounds for rejection.

3. ELIGIBILITY & USER CONDUCT

• You must be 18 years or older to transact.
• Prohibited Use: You shall not use any automated systems (Bots, Spiders, Scrapers) to access our data. Any attempt to "Stress Test" or "Hack" the payment gateway will result in immediate legal reporting to the Cyber Cell.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT

• All trademarks, logos, and "Restofit" designs are the property of RESTFIT INNOVATIONS PVT LTD.
• Copyright Protection: All website content is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957. Unauthorized reproduction of our product descriptions or images for commercial use will result in a Minimum Liquidated Damages claim of INR 5,00,000 per violation.

5. PAYMENTS & NO-COST EMI

• Payment Security: We use PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store financial credentials.
• EMI Clarification: "No Cost EMI" is a bank-led offer where we provide a discount equal to the interest. GST on the interest is charged by your bank and is non-refundable by us.

6. LOGISTICS & "DAMAGE ON ARRIVAL" (CRITICAL)

• Unboxing Video Requirement: For any claim of "Damage on Arrival," "Missing Item," or "Wrong Product," the customer MUST provide an unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package. Without this video, RESTFIT INNOVATIONS PVT LTD reserves the right to reject the claim.
• Non-Delivery: If a package is returned due to your unavailability after 3 attempts, you agree to pay the "Return-to-Origin" (RTO) and re-shipping charges.

7. 111-NIGHT TRIAL & RETURNS

• Condition for Return: Returns are only accepted if the mattress is in Original Condition. Stains, odors, dirt, or liquid spills void the trial immediately.
• Abuse Prevention: The 111-night trial is limited to one mattress per household per lifetime. "Serial Returners" (multiple accounts from one address) will be blacklisted.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• To the fullest extent permitted by Indian Law, our total liability for any claim shall never exceed the actual amount paid for the product.
• We are not liable for any health issues (back pain, allergies) unless proven to be caused by a prohibited chemical used in manufacturing.

9. GRIEVANCE & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Grievance Officer: As per the IT Act, any complaints must be sent to admin@Restofit.in.
• Jurisdiction: Any legal dispute shall be settled via Arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts therein.
