3-Layered Orthopedic Mattress with Next Gen Cool Tech Memory Foam

The mattresses hold an 11-year limited warranty against manufacturing flaws in workmanship and material (excluding covers and handles, if present) where Restofit repairs or replaces the mattress at Restofit’s discretion. The 11-year limited warranty begins at the sales date which is valid for up to 11 years from the purchasing date.

  • Restofit restricted coverage includes the following under usual conditions of use expected
  1. Mattress deformity or more than one (1) inch shrinkage, and not due to improper use, inadequate bed, base, or foundation.
  2. Undulations on the top of the mattress or breaks of the foam layer.
    • The warranty does not extend to products such as, but not limited to
      • Standard softening / sagging to less than 1 inch
      • Physical damage to a mattress caused by the customer
      • Fabric and foam staining, soiling, penetration of the fluid, tears or burns
      • Use of mattress on a bed base that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress
      • Mattress cover, if any
      • Zipper on the mattress, if any
      • During the warranty time, unauthorized service
      • Any Restofit mattresses purchased or acquired used, resold, gifted, or anyway not in possession of the original owner.
      • Any Restofit mattresses purchased from a non-authorized Restofit distributor
      Steps for warranty claim handling
      • Send proof of issue to Restofit along with a copy of the invoice and the warranty card.
      • Restofit will have a confirmation call and plan for pick-up from your place.
      • Restofit to inspect the received product and confirm the status of the claim.
      • Restofit to repair or replace mattress if repair is not feasible.
      • Restofit will ship the mattress back with additional logistics charge.

      Other terms and conditions:

      • Only the customer who originally purchased the mattress and has the invoice in his / her name is entitled to a warranty claim.
      • A normal shift in softness and recovery times occurs over a period of time specifically for memory foam mattresses. This does not affect the quality of these mattresses to relieve pressure.
      • Mattresses held in unsanitary or unhygienic conditions can harm the product and invalidate the warranty. Restofit can refuse to inspect these mattresses for workers’ health and safety reasons and reject the claim for warranty.
      • Restofit’s maximum liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the mattress as stated in the initial invoice.

      Ortho Dual Comfort (Hard & Soft) Mattress

      The mattresses hold a 9-year limited warranty against manufacturing flaws in workmanship and material (excluding covers and handles, if present) where Restofit repairs or replaces the mattress at Restofit’s discretion. The 9-year limited warranty begins at the sales date which is valid for up to 9 years from the purchasing date.

      • Restofit restricted coverage includes the following under usual conditions of use expected
