Tips to protect your mattress in monsoon
Monsoon season brings in happiness in our life reducing burning weather temperature and making the environment cooler. But it also brings in some problems like dampness, insects, molds, fungus, etc.
Your room gets filled with disease-causing germs and bacteria’s. Walls, furniture, and clothes get damped and affected by insects and fungus, Your mattress is no exception to these. They easily get deposited on your mattress and grow more, and trigger allergies and health issues when you sleep on them.

1. Use Mattress Cover

2. Baking Soda
Baking Soda is a great absorbent of moisture and can be utilized to absorb moisture from your mattress and keep them fresh. 3. Fan/Air Conditioner
Keep the fan or air conditioner on in the room and let the air circulation keep the mattress moisture free and keep the microbes from getting settled on in.
4. Use Sun Drying
Keep the mattress in the open sun for about 3 hours. Sunlight acts as a great source for dehumidifying and keeps the mattress moisture free and fresh. Once the first side gets enough heated, flip it to the other side and keep it again for 3 hours. This method is natural and a great way of keeping your mattress fresh in monsoon. The process can be used once a week.
