Any fabric tear, stitching defect, or visible damage found immediately after opening the sealed mattress packaging will be treated as a manufacturing defect.
3. Foam Cracking or Splitting
Any physical flaw in the mattress foam that causes cracking or splitting despite normal usage and proper handling will be covered under warranty.
4. Mattress Sagging
A reduction in mattress thickness greater than 1 inch will be considered sagging and treated as a manufacturing defect.
